Bilib ako sa ‘yo. Ang galing mo, hindi halata sa itsura mo o sa pananalita mo, yung paghihirap na pinagdadaanan mo. ‘Pag kausap kita, parang walang problema… walang tigil sa pagkukuwento, walang tigil sa katatawa.

Hindi ko alam kung pano mo nagagawa yun. Habang sinasabi mo ang iyong pinagdadaanan, sobrang hirap isipin kung paano mo kinakaya ang mga bagay. Nahihirapan ako habang nagkukwento ka. Mas lalo kong naintindihan ang paghihirap mo nung nakita ko mismo ang iyong pinagdadaanan.

Describe the perfect Sunday

My way of spending a perfect Sunday? Wake up at home with no worries in mind, free from the busy tasks from work. Then I indulge myself with good music. I can do that all day long. If my mood gets better, I do some house cleaning or maybe revisit some of my old stuff. 🙂 I like to spend Sundays with myself. It makes me feel good and know more about myself.

It’s as simple as that. I think no any extravagant vacation trip can top this favorite Sunday setup of mine…

Do you believe in UFOs?

I personally don’t believe in UFOs since in the first place I haven’t seen one. If ever, it would be cool if I see one, haha.

For others who believe in UFOs, I think they believe mainly because there are several unexplained phenomenon in our world. I watched several documentaries in National Geographic and Discovery Channel regarding the fourth kind, Area 51, etc. After watching these kind of shows, it will make you think, what if those things were actually happened since such phenomenon cannot be explained by current technologies.

When is it okay to lie?

To strangers

For me, it is sometimes okay to lie to strangers for the reason that they are strangers to me. The stranger most probably will never prove or never find out that you tell a lie. There will no or minimal impact on both parties since we are not socially or emotionally attached to each other. This seems to be a guilt-free lie. For example, since the mall is closed and the supermarket would close within five minutes and I just wanted to pass through the mall since I wanted a shortcut to my destination, then the security guard asked me what is my purpose of getting inside the mall, I replied “I need to use the ATM machine inside.” In this case, I lied since I did not actually used the ATM machine, I just went inside the mall to take a shortcut.

Whew! I am behind of my daily posts because of this topic.

Anyway, I searched my Facebook status history, in the case that I posted some word I can use here. Fortunately, I got only one from so many posts that I had. So here it is (sorry, if this may not be fun for you).

Have you been to where your parents were born?

My father was born in the municipality of Abucay in Bataan. This is just a one and an hour drive here from Manila.

Our family (or the whole clan) usually spend our vacation there especially hold reunions, celebrate Christmas, etc. When we were kids, together with my cousins, we usually spend our summer break there. Our regular activities there: go to out fish pond, go to the nearest pool/beach/resort, climb up the Mt. Samat. Until now, when we go to Bataan, we never miss to visit Sibul Resort.

Try to think about nothing: what happens?

I am not sure if I already achieved the purpose of this activity.

I tried to, last night, think of nothing. There was silence at first. But then, so many random things entered my mind. Maybe, this activity is not applicable to me at that moment. I am preoccupied with some issues. And also, I just came from wathing a not happy ending film, so I think it somehow affected my way of thinking.

In relation to the post title, I remembered this song from The Script.

Walang pang pino-post na topic yung The Daily Post… pero di ko na kayang hintayin pa ngayon kung magpo-post man kasi sobrang inaantok na ako. Di lang ako medyo matahimik ngayon kasi may gumising sa kaisipan ko, nabagabag tuloy ako… Ang galing kasi eh, amazing! Nakuha nya kung anong menhase nun. At, bilib ako kasi ang ganun pala talaga yung tingin nya. Wala akong masabi.
